Dealer Set-up, Early Bird, and Summer Seminar Attendees: 7 – 9 am
Public: 9 am – 6 pm

Friday, June 25:
Dealer Set-up, Early Bird, and Summer Seminar Attendees: 7 – 9 am
Public: 9 am – 6 pm

Friday Night, June 25:
Coin, Currency, and Collectibles Auction starts at 6:30 pm

Saturday, June 26:
Dealer Set-up, Early Bird, and Summer Seminar Attendees: 8 – 9 am
Public: 9 am – 4 pm

 

Security: There will be armed security on the Bourse Floor beginning at 1:30 pm on June 23. Bourse Security will continue, uninterrupted, until 5:30 pm on June 26.

 

Bourse Terms and Conditions

The following is for your information and compliance. Acceptance of your application is not automatic and is subject to Show Management approval. Your signature on the Bourse Application indicates your agreement to abide by the following:

1.Payment: to reserve table(s) for the 2021 CSCCCS powered by RoundTable, this application must be complete.

 Make checks payable to: RoundTable Trading, 1185 Cobb Pkwy N Marietta, Ga 30062. Final and complete payment (tables, cases, and lamps) must be paid prior to March 1, 2021 to retain the same location from the prior year. If payment in full is not received by March 1, 2021, your table space may be released for assignment to another dealer.

2. Bourse Tables: are 8’ x 30” with 8’ x 30” backups (some backups (corners/endcaps) may be smaller)

Table Fees:

Regular 8’ Table:              $275.00 for the first table                     $250.00 for each additional table

Corner Tables:                 $465.00                          2 – 8’ and up to 1 – 8’ backup    

Inside Island Endcap:       $850.00                          2 corners together (4 – 8’ tables & up to 2 – 8’ backups)  

3. Only registered dealers are allowed behind their tables. No tables may be sub-let without prior Show Management approval. Sub-letting is limited to one dealer per application (cannot sub-let at the show).

4. Each dealer is provided two free badges with their first table. An additional badge is provided with each additional table rented. If additional badges are needed, they are $25.00 per person.

5. Early Bird badges are $50.00 and are good for the entire show except the first two hours of dealer set-up on Wednesday.

6.   Dealer and Early Bird badges must be prominently (must be easily visible) displayed/worn at all times.

7.   Cancellation notices received after April 1, 2021 will be subject to a charge of $150.00 and resale of the bourse space. “No Show” will forfeit all payments.

8.   There are a limited number of rental cases, lamps, and extension cords. Rental is strictly on a “first come” basis. Cases may be rented for $20.00, lamps for $10.00, and extension cords for $2.00. If not indicated on the application (rental at the show) prices will be $25.00, $15.00, and $5.00 respectively (if they are available).

9. The Show provides one dealer sign (additional signs are $50 each), table covers, and light bulbs (with lamp rental).

10. Show helpers (from the local coin club/society) will be available for a nominal tip.

11. Applicant releases the Colorado Springs Event Center, Show Management, RoundTable Trading and any officers thereof, from liability for any loss, theft, or damage sustained during the 2021 CSCCCS powered by RoundTable.

12. Dealers that do not have a Colorado Single Event License or Colorado Springs sales tax license may remit sales tax to the City of Colorado Springs. Coins and bullion are subject to a city tax of 3.12%, other items are subject to state, county and city tax of 8.25%. These rates are subject to change; the most current rate will be posted in your dealer package distributed at dealer registration.

13. Any person found to have material which, in the Show Management’s opinion, is counterfeit or otherwise unsuitable, will be asked to place the material in the custody of the Show Management until after the show. Any dealer refusing to abide by these regulations or who knowingly offers to sell, or sells, unsuitable material, will be asked to leave the show (without refund) immediately. This applies to floor trading as well.
